Pay Range: $20/hr-$25.64/hr; the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Job Description:

  • This position supports the Finance and Operations manager with auditing account reconciliations, reviewing and proofing reimbursement requests for accuracy, and filtering incoming requests to the appropriate finance team member.
  • This position will also assist staff with Account requests and will work independently most of the time.
  • Associates degree with 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Workday experience preferred in a University setting.
  • Proficiency with Google G-suite and/or Microsoft word, excel
  • A team player who is able to multitask and provide a high level of service.
  • Highly organized with an ability to problem solve and prioritize workloads while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Finance and workday experience would be ideal.
  • Organizational, Administrative, Finance and Time management skills.
  • Workday experience in a University setting
