Job Description
Pay Rate: $35/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate across all functions including Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Communications to execute a comprehensive product and inventory strategy
Provide weekly replenishment unit recap to the Distribution Center
Manage Drop Tracking, Ontime Arrival DC to Store
Communicate sales, inventory, and service level results weekly to Manager/Director
Reduce excess inventory through ownership of MS recalculations and weekly/monthly inventory reviews
Maximize store in-stock service level to maximize sales & meet consumer’s needs
Manage communication with Distribution Center on weekly Replenishment orders, Seasonal Drop orders & ad hoc PO placement.
Receive and first level trouble shoot store inventory concerns from field via Feedback Forms and provide responses with Manager/Director oversight
Develop product knowledge and trends material on new collections arriving in-store to be shared with brand partners + field teams
Support Planning Manager with local market and brand initiatives with strong level of analysis and insights to global partners
Facilitate coordination of product and planning activities cross-functionally (Marketing, Host, Business Development, VM and Operations)
Management and upkeep of host master data and pricing
Actively attain local Insights – store surveys, test insights, product needs.
Project manage Product communications for brand field organization in collaboration with Global Retail team and Store Operations team
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in retail, business, finance, marketing or related fields
Strong analytical and mathematical skills – able to extract conclusions from available data
Self-starter who is willing to “roll up the sleeves” to advance project work
Able to use sound critical thinking to provide innovative solutions
Strong time management & organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Advanced Excel Skills
Knowledge of Retail Math and Planning, Buying and Merchandising principles
2+ years’ work experience in retail planning, buying or merchandising
