Pay Range: $80 to $85/hr, the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Position is 100% onsite.

Essential Functions:

• Review and translate engineering documents from semiconductor equipment manufacturers to facility design document for construction.
• Create new and manage existing construction designs and layouts that meets semiconductor industry and safety regulation.
• Produce 2D and 3D equipment point to point diagrams and connections for semiconductor equipment.
• Assess electrical, mechanical and exhaust connections and manage their relationships to existing building connections (base build). 

Basic Qualifications:

• A candidate must meet ALL the below criteria. The candidate must:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant semiconductor experience; Associate degree with 4 years of relevant semiconductor experience.
• Drafting experience using CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Have practical understanding and application of safety regulations, standards, principles, theories, and techniques.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Strong competency in industrial construction trades.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize a variety of activities for timely response and results.

• Previous experience working in a union environment.
• Previous experience working with hazardous process inputs.
