Mandatory Requirements:
Experience integrating UX activities into the software development lifecycle and project roadmaps, synthesizing customer needs into timeboxed, actionable, and verifiable tasks.
Experience with workshop design and facilitation.
Dedication to educating and collaborating with non-design teams and stakeholders about the importance and value of user experience
Familiar with related domains such as Data Literacy, Systems Engineering, Full Stack Engineering or Development and Computer sciences, Human System Interaction with emerging technologies (i.e. Generative AI, AR/XR/VR, Gaming, and Spatial Computing, Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction design and Cognitive Psychology
Experience with Agile tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Redmine, or similar products), and Agile story/requirement generation.
Experience with software development tools and/or languages could expand project capabilities for candidate.
Experience with information architecture, navigation design, classification schemes, and developing content strategies and controlled vocabularies.
Job Description:
Translating customer (Persona) requirements and research insights into actionable system design tasks, as well as communicate system details to customers in a consumable and understandable format.
Performing exploratory research to find industry insights, competitive analyses, and available analytics to identify user needs and appropriate research and/or testing strategy.
Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis, data cleansing and interpretation, and data visualizations, to communicate research outcomes support data driven decision making.
Using visual design principles (like visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory) and design patterns or systems to create iterative wireframes and rapid prototypes that are technically feasible considering the product’s technical platform and framework(s).
Conducting accessibility, usability, and heuristic evaluations and audits and communicating recommendations and establishing implementation plans across a variety of audiences and stakeholders
Performing evaluations using methodologies like usability testing (such as observing real users), usability inspection (such as assessments to find usability problems), or usability inquiry (such as talking to users to better understand their needs) to capture user/customer requirements.
