Responsibilities:

• In partnership with the Dir. of Field Medical Excellence, development of a field medical training curriculum focused on elevating non-science competencies and soft skills of the AA Field Medical Team
• Support with the development/Implementation of MSL New Hire Training
• Support with customization, development, and pull-through of client Learning Development training models/platforms to meet Allergan Aesthetics training needs
• Ongoing support with project management and collaboration with internal and external partners
• Ongoing support with updates to Allergan Aesthetics training platforms including the Passport portal
• Management of a Field Medical Repository

Skills:

• Required Skill 1: MSL Field experience. Proven track record of working in a matrix environment, strong teamwork skills, timely decision making and results orientation in meeting project objectives
• Required Skill 2: Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and complete projects across multiple functions, training experience a plus
• Required Skill 3: Creative, innovative thinker with an explicit understanding of digital platforms applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Projects, etc.
• Required Skill 4: Strong tactical familiarity with Medical Affairs, specifically related to Field Medical Roles.
