Qualifications and Experience:
- Ten years of experience as a software development project Business Analyst.
- Ten years of experience with facilitating meetings.
- Five years of experience with software testing.
- Ten years of experience documenting process flows.
- Five years of experience creating and reviewing ERDs
- Five years of experience creating user guides.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Deep understanding of business and technology requirements collection methodology
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, .Net, Java.
Responsibilities:
- Submit with the invoice a monthly activity report to the Department’s Contract Manager documenting all activities performed.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings; including agenda and minutes preparation, as directed by the Department.
- Manage the data collection and tracking of functional and technical requirements for system remediation’s as directed by the Department.
- Prepare process flow charts, as directed by the Department.
- Prepare application test cases, conduct application case tests, and track test status as directed by the Department.
- Prepare training documentation and deliver training to users, as directed by the Department.
- Maintain and monitor the project Risk, Assumptions Issues and Decisions (RAID) log, as directed by the Department.
- Prepare documentation for all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as directed by the Department.
- Prepare and maintain Scrum related documentation as directed by the Department.
- Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks are assigned by the Department, and store in a document repository.
