Job Description

Provides technical design, implementation and life cycle support of solutions in a specific technology field or discipline (e.g. network LAN/WAN, server, desktop, etc.) Applies IT knowledge, specialized technical experience, research, and analysis to create technical solution specification that meets requirements. Knowledgeable in common tools that support area of expertise Drives implementation and provides technical support for escalated operational incidents and problems. Monitors and reports task assignment progress and status as required and escalates risks and issues to key stakeholders. Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies, tools and engineering methods that are applicable within area of responsibility and expertise. 4 – 7 years of experience.
