• Daily monitoring of International Orders on Burt’s Bees business
• Comparing daily orders vs forecast
• Coordinate exception plan with domestic supply planning team when International team orders over forecast
• Coordinating with International planning to proactively push/adjust out orders that will drive cuts
• Monitor supply plan to support International Shipments
• Daily Monitoring of CFR dashboard and SKU Cut data distributed by domestic planning team
• Leveraging reporting to and system tools to identify data driven cuts – (AKA: Cuts made despite available inventory)
• Coordinate with Supply planning to determine root cause and corrective action of data driven cut

Qualifications

• Moderate capability in Excel – Needs to be familiar with functions like Vlookup, SumIf, and Pivot tables
• Moderate communication skills – Capable of using Microsoft Outlook (email) and MS Teams for messaging & video calls
• Comfortable learning basics of new systems and tools such as SAP and Rapid Response (Planning tools) with support of training and job aids
• Comfortable collaborating with a team
