Job Description:
• Platform O&M / Platform Performance and Stability
• Family Upgrades and Patching
• Maintain and create Operational KBAs
• MID Server Management

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field
• 3+ years of working with ServiceNow
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus
