Job Description

  • Self-driven and results-oriented individual with 2 or more years’ experience effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to perform proficiently in multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • 2 years intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • 2 or more years of professional experience
  • Analyzing pre-employment background verification reviews and assisting with the resolution of discrepancies noted during pre-employment background verifications
  • Engaging with applicants, recruiters, and the consumer reporting agency to clarify information. This involves emails and phone calls; therefore, effective communication, both verbally and in written form are necessary.
  • Engaging with HR Compliance
  • Assisting recruiters by providing guidance related to the pre-employment background verification process and ensuring candidates are suitable for employment
