Job Title Project Manager
Duration Expected to be 6 Months contract with possible extension

Job Description:

PMO will track & monitor activities that are significant items to Team US Business Consumption workforce development leads and other key internal stakeholders..

  • A detailed roadmap of workforce development related milestones, key tasks, and timeline to successfully complete a process/project will be facilitated through the PMO.
  • The PMO will oversee key projects and develops and maintains project management methodologies, standards, and tools to completion which includes the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget.
  • This individual will help achieve better quality, consistency, coordination, and oversight of projects across an enterprise.
  • Additionally, they will play a critical role in tracking key development initiatives and could include stakeholders across Team America’s depending on project scope and facilitate the continued implementation of the PMO organization structure, managing stakeholder engagement, and action tracking in line with project objectives and strategic goals.
  • Other areas of responsibility include:

o Develop performance measures and status of the process/project that are derived from the completion of the workstreams, activities and tasks.

o Provide executive leaders and key stakeholders with the information needed to assess which proposals have the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment.

o Coordinate across team and meetings in partnership with the Public Affairs workforce development lead to ensure the successful integration of work against key milestones and deliverables.

o Summarize project status to identify key workforce development themes and inform strategic roadmap. (6) Weekly report on project status, gaps, timeline updates, and communication of status report in key staff syncs.

Key skills and experience for this role include:

o Experienced knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches

o Project management capability and/or PMO execution experience.

o Strong PowerPoint and Excel experience/Microsoft Office programs

o Excellent Analytical skills

o Strong Communication skills

o Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.

o Strength in stakeholder management and communications

o Keen eye for detail and organization

o Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture as well as ability to prioritize

o Dashboard and Power BI experience a plus
