Description:

Delivery of multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across the business portfolio in support of desired business outcomes. Adaptive delivery is the delivery of business outcomes differently from the focus on traditional & agile methodologies to methods that best deliver increased value to the organization. Delivery teams will focus on strategically prioritized work using an entrepreneurial approach (applying the right tools to the right work) to deliver increased quality and velocity around desired business outcomes on a wide range of delivery efforts from small to broad Enterprise efforts. Delivery will be grounded in the cross-discipline application of industry best practices and tools. Teams will be accountable for the delivery of demonstrated increases in value, velocity, and quality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Highly experienced in the assessment and selection of delivery accelerators for multiple initiatives
• Expertise in relationship building
• Responsible for leadership across multiple work efforts without direct reporting accountabilities.
• Understands and applies concepts related to goals, metrics, and road mapping that drive aligned business outcomes across the portfolio
• Highly experienced in various work planning and resource management tools and techniques for multiple complex efforts
• Expert in the monitoring of delivery activities for multiple complex initiatives
• Expert in risk identification and management of mitigation strategies
• Expert in budget management for programs
• Expert at stakeholder management across programs

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of related experience
• 3+ years prior leadership experience
• Business agility aptitude
• Thought leader in both Project and Program Management
• Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking and leadership skills
• 8+ years of related experience

Preferred:
• PMP/CSM and/or other Project Methodology certifications
• Advanced degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field
• Financial Services Industry experience
• Understanding of Adaptive/Flexible Delivery modalities
