Responsibilities:

• Line Management:
  1. Upkeep of product catalogs
  2. Technical line sheet for license
  3. General upkeep of PLM data integrity
  4. Collection training tools
• Reporting
  1. Pull information from data systems (including monthly reports)
  2. Upper management report preparation (requires high level of accuracy)
  3. Product reviews
  4. Competitive market deep dives
  5. Ad-hoc analysis
• Material Management:
  1. Assist with new material development
  2. Assist organizing samples
  3. Assist in maintaining the integrity of the material libraries
  4. Preparation for meetings (IE: placing sketches on boards, preparing color forms, preparing prototype kick-off forms, printing materials for meetings)

Qualification:

• B.S/B.A. degree in Merchandising management and/or Product Development
• 3+ years’ experience work experience
• Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, and data analysis
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications
• Adaptability and flexibility to both work individually as well as within a team
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills.
• Specific Skills; Must have Advanced Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills are essential.
