Job Description

Pay Range: $45/hr – $50/hr., The pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Work Schedule: 9×80 Schedule

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in program Earned Value in compliance to CPR/IPMR data reporting requirements; Facilitate preparation of earned value deliverables ensuring compliance, timeliness and accuracy
  • Managing baseline efforts, and support efforts for Initial Baseline Reviews (IBR’s) with customers
  • Preparing EACs to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates, and revisions
  • Supporting the monthly financial forecasting process to include analysis and recommendations on awards, sales, operating margin, and cash
  • Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
  • Internal and External support of compliance audits
  • Assistance with contract negotiations
  • Supporting pricing and proposal activities
  • Cash Management to ensure timely invoicing and collections
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners including Operations, Engineering and Program Management
  • Promoting the professional development of the business management workforce, fostering a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, value growth, and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 6+ years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control, OR a Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Earned Value and financial reporting on a variety of contract types

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TM1 financial forecasting system & COBRA earned value management system
  • Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR
