Note: Standard office hours, this is a 40 hour per week in-office position. Alternating on-call weeks are mandatory.

General Function

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Requires at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Specific Skills Needed:

• Remote support via phone and Teams of break-fix issues.
• Local support on production computers.
• Maintenance of local infrastructure.
• Updates, upgrades, and replacements of existing equipment.
• Larger projects to enhance TPP through technology will be assigned throughout the year.
