Job Description:
Following up with the business/contract owners on the following issues:
• Missing documents – no documents loaded
• Partially signed or unsigned contracts
• Documents with missing pages
• Effective date clarification
• Loaded an SOW but no MSA to be found
• Expired documents loaded – was it amended to extend? Etc.
• Assisting with the Contract Quality Check review of contract data:
• QC data where the OCR scan pull may not be clear, and analysis is needed
• Assist with analysis of translated contract language.
Assist with miscellaneous items we are encountering:
• Address the questions from the business
• Manage business document requests
• Facilitate validation of the correct contract data uploads from the business into the contract collection tools we are using
• Create the final excel reports that are sent out to the business during the analysis process
• Assist with the input of system (Ariba/Apttus) required information that is not found in the contract
3-5 skills requirements
• Needs to have experience negotiating contracts
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excel – intermediate experience (needs to know filters, basic formulas, etc. doesn’t need pivot table exp)
• Excellent oral/written communication/analytical and interpersonal skills
• Managing multiple pieces of project/being proactive
