Job Description

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will assist with basic administrative and departmental tasks which include but are not limited to: day-to-day clerical and office tasks, prepare materials for meetings and presentations, assist in arranging technology, provides coverage for EA when needed, assists and skilled at self-direction and time management
• Ability to work with multiple platforms, ( Microsoft Work, PowerPoint , Excel Google Suites) Attention to detail and confidentiality are a must.

Qualification:

• Office setting and customer service
• High school, GED, Associates and above
• Copy machines, computer
• Someone who pays attention to details, is not afraid to dive into a project, asks questions and shows a genuine curiosity for the work.
• Ability to use and learn multiple software platforms, strong organizational skills, and strong writing and communications skills
• A curiosity for the work, Customer service
