Job Description


  • HR point of contact to the business and employees and provide support in service of employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, on boarding, total rewards, performance, and learning.
  • You’ll coordinate and assist with communication of HR programs while providing project and process coordination across a wide variety of HR programs and activities.
  • You will work closely with HR shared services, and other HR teams to ensure HR processes and services are delivered with excellence.
  • You’ll continually seek process improvements, share key takeaways across the team, and support initiatives, in close partnership with HR leadership and the business.
  • Strong result-orientation and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal employee experience.
  • Practical knowledge of employment regulations and application
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and influence employees and business leaders


  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Experience working with Workday or related HR systems
  • Minimum 2 year’s related experience
  • Employee Engagement
  • Be able to talk with employees
  • Self-motivated
  • Must have manufacturing HR experience
  • Workday experience preferred but not necessary
