Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to managers and associates via telephone and e-mail communication.
  • This includes responding to caller inquiries quickly, completely, and professionally.
  • Ability to understand and apply Company policy/procedure and applicable law, to consult with managers on best practices that reduces the risk of the Company
  • Builds a positive work environment for the associates and supports the Company’s HR strategy.
  • Recommend policy revisions based on current store trends, legal changes, and required clarifications
  • Provide support to positive Associate Relations through proactive oriented projects and initiatives.
  • Accountable for identification, prioritizing, and issue resolution/escalation within established timelines.
  • Educate/ managers by providing consultation and coaching regarding: policy interpretation, associate behavior, performance management and associate development.
  • Social Security Number Verification, Education Verification (per institution) (Highest degree), Employment Verification and Reference Check (Up to 2 searches)
  • Statewide In Lieu of County Criminal (Felony and Separately Held Misdemeanor (primary and secondary court search)) (7 year residence history based on given address(es), up to 10 searches, up to 3 names, 7 yrs deep at courthouse)
