Job Description

  • Schedules/coordinates interview requests for hiring organizations
  • Assists in coordination of candidate travel if/when necessary
  • Supports compliant I9 processing during hiring process and ensures completion within required timeframes
  • Monitors the completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements, ensuring completion
  • Executes the employee on-boarding process, from a candidate’s acceptance through the first week report-to-work date
  • Maintains talent acquisition files pertaining to transactional occurrences
  • Provide support for ad hoc business needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Key characteristics and skills that are necessary for the success of this role:
  • Must be Customer Service Savvy
  • Experience with I-9 processing for new hires
  • Interview Scheduling experience
  • Accountability and Organization – ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
  • Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively
  • Technically proficient in use of multiple systems and technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office products, (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems / Onboarding tools
