Job Description

  • Coordinate interview scheduling activity and related candidate travel.
  • Provide “post offer accept” candidate support activity.
  • Prepare candidates for on boarding, prior to their first day.
  • Manage requisition audits and closure in the Applicant Tracking System, in support of compliance.
  • New employee account provisioning, database administration and in person new employee orientation support.

Required Skills:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience Scheduling Interviews.
  • Experience performing onboarding tasks (ie paperwork and pre-employment requirements),
  • Talent Acquisition Administrator, Talent Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator.
