Job Description

  • This position will coordinate interview scheduling activity which will include candidate travel arrangements, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, the on-boarding team at Aeronautics, as well as cross functional HR interaction with other departments. Primary responsibilities will include providing subsequent “post offer accept” candidate support activity.

Daily Tasks include:

  • Coordinating interview scheduling and related candidate travel.
  • Preparing candidates for on boarding, prior to their first day.
  • Managing requisition audits and closure in the Applicant Tracking System, in support of compliance.
  • Other Talent Acquisition projects as required.

Required Skills:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience Scheduling Interviews
  • Experience performing onboarding tasks (ie paperwork and preemployment requirements) ,Talent Acquisition Administrator, Talent Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator
