Job Description:

  • This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned client Business Units, as well as general payroll support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the client Employee Service Center.
  • Support will entail administration within various time recording systems
  • Performing time adjustments in client People
  • Maintaining holiday schedules
  • Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
  • System training and testing when system changes occur
  • Weekly reporting and audit support
  • Complete required tasks independently
