Job Description

Pay Range: $19.75/hr. – $25.98/hr. on W2 (the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications)

Job Description:

  • Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
  • Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
  • May route calls to product line specialists.
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
  • Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. AA or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience.
  • Mostly remote role, no set schedule to be onsite.
  • Experience supporting many applications including MS Office products, O365, VPN apps and many other business and engineering applications
  • Experience doing technical support over the telephone and/or in chat
  • Experience with troubleshooting Windows clients – Experience working remotely
