Knowledge of generators and control systems
Experience proposing and reviewing control system software changes to validate design integrity/improvement
Experience working with Navy, equipment suppliers and equipment installation teams.
Experience leading a team of 2-4 junior engineers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Department of Defense/military products.
Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program experience preferred.
Experience with end-user support and troubleshooting.
Demonstrates basic engineering project management skills (weekly reporting, organization of plans, chair meetings/briefings)
Critical Skills
1) Generator control system knowledge
2) Software and programmable electronics
3) Formal technical writing
