Job Description

• Ability to learn and adopt new processes quickly and with ease
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously
• Accustomed to working in a high-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Medium-Advance level of expertise with Microsoft Excel
• Proficient with computers and computer software’s including MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Access), EDW
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties using multiple sources or systems.
• Data Entry experience preferred
• Ability to clearly articulate findings,
• Execute the steps to build a new client structure for implementing new clients. Requests routed through shared Salesforce queue and then setting them up in EMP Dashboard and Facets.
• Assist in coordinating the receipt, tracking, loading and reporting of membership data for new clients in our UAT environment
• Communicate with cross functional team data layout or integrity issues in a timely manner and escalate to Management when appropriate.
• Ability to perform test file loads to verify accuracy of layout and content of client data.
• Ability to analyse file issues to determine resolution of errors or file load issues.
