Job Description

  • Experience in an IT/Technology related role (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, Hardware Fulfillment) preferred.
  • Resource will be responsible for tickets assigned to them through ServiceNow ticket system.
  • Resource must follow all client policies and procedures.
  • Resource will primarily be working on equipment recovery, picking up computers, mobility, and peripheral equipment from onsite locations.
  • Following-up with managers of offboarded employees to gather required information.
  • Sending out boxes and return Fed-Ex Labels for remote users.
  • Processing incoming return equipment and following all data retention practices.
  • Resource may be responsible for computer peripheral deployments, setting up monitors, etc.
  • Resource may be responsible for imaging computers
