  • The Time Specialist will be responsible for handling and resolving Time entry, approval and payroll inquiries, cases resolving issues in a timely, consistent manner.
  • Lead the operations for Time impacting payroll as a SME.
  • The correspondence can be by telephone, email to employees for escalated issues.

Job responsibilities

  • Will be primarily in determining the root cause of the time problems/ cases submitted by employees;
  • Electing and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  • Expediting correction or adjustment;
  • Following up to ensure resolution.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for system enhancements and engages and consults with functional owners providing detailed system-based options for resolving complex business process


  • Experience of 4-5 years in Workday Time and Payroll tasks at advanced level
  • A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, in English
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, as well as to get results through collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Collaborative approach with subject matter experts to resolve more complex issues.
