Job Description:
• Provides administrative support, and problem-solving related to departmental records. Processes, updates, and supports departmental records and data. Provides a wide range of administrative support duties.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail. Scan, index, and match documents to applicant records
• Performs data entry and data corrections
Job Requirements:
Type of experience needed:
• Opening and sorting mail
• Demonstrated experience using office technology
• Data entry
• Microsoft Excel
• Standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and office phones
• Knowledge of how to use a computer on the Windows operating system
• Must have attention to detail and be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Working with confidential/sensitive records and data
Skills:
• Previous experience working in higher education
• Previous experience working with documents and data
• High technical aptitude
• Data entry that’s consistent and error-free
• Ability to use office equipment
Education:
• High School Diploma
