Job Description

• Provide detailed and complex administrative support to individual or groups;
• Supplies information, maintains files, schedules appointments, produces correspondence, relieves officials of minor business details;
• Arrange travel, order supplies, use Outlook to schedule meetings, Works under general supervision, typically reporting to a supervisor or manager;
• Must use good judgment display professionalism, be reliable, work with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience, High level Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook, mail merge capability; administrative clerical support, including typing, editing complex documents, such as reports, presentation materials, & tables;
• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills, works well under pressure.

• Substantial programming-event planning, logistics experience, excellent interpersonal skills, great presentation skills, detailed organizational skills
• Ability to effectively support a broad range of interpersonal contacts including those at a high level and those sensitive in nature
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills; customer service skills; networking skills –ability to collaborate with team members and students to resolve questions/concerns and generate positive solutions
• Ability to independently handle and perform a variety of assignments for multiple individuals, setting and meeting project expectations and timelines.
• Must possess the ability to make decisions using good judgment and relevant campus policy/practices.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Possesses a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive campus community.
