Coordinating After Sales and Customer Service intervention
Being the Bridge between US Boutiques Team, Client Distribution International Boutiques Team and Internal functions such as Brand Management and Line Planning.
Coordinating Training activities, providing guidelines on Brand and geographic priorities
Coordinating Credit collection in cooperation with Credit Dept, making sure the DSO is constantly monitored and expected target fully reached.
Forecasting sales quotas, projecting expected sales volumes and orders.
Pricing communication coordination with North American Brands.
Supporting Licensees in strengthening Outlet channel, monitoring Eyewear presence on the market and new business opportunities.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing
+5-7 years’ experience working in account management in retail. Specific experience working for Luxury specialty retail or fashion preferred.
PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Negotiation skills, persuasive, capable to approach Eyewear Licensing Teams with integrity and sense of ownership
Well informed of industry trends and able to speak knowledgeably and confidently about the eyewear industry
